Incidentals

My attention today has been focusing on the incidental jobs around the house like putting things up in the loft and finding places for those things you just keep on moving from one place to the next because you don’t really have a place for them. Whilst in IKEA I bought myself an organising board which allows you to attach a number of shelves, pots and clips to it. Now I don’t need to clutter my desk with my daily meditation and contact lenses as it’s all there in one place. Wayne put his little touches to the unit by adding labels and that’s made it not only personal to me but also tells me that’s its place ‘so don’t go moving it about’.

What's most important right now is that I get absolutely ready for Christmas and with very little left to buy I know my only thing left to do is stocking fillers and wrapping. As much as I’ve been wanting to get the Christmas decorations down and prepare the lounge for the tree I think it’s just a little too early, maybe the last week in November is an ideal time.
