Research shows that mental and physical health are deeply connected, as when you think about it, getting stressed gives you an upset stomach, and then your sleep becomes affected,  so in turn, our habits affect the mind and body, and functioning becomes dysfunctioning.

One change can influence another, thoughts and moods can switch rapidly, and before you know it, you start to spiral downward.

Stress from anxiety and depression is the most common mental health issue that negatively impacts our physical health, and not recognising this condition and getting treated can have more long-lasting effects on the body.  

From my personal experience, I have noticed that my immune system is the first thing that comes under attack, and as I am already immunocompromised, this is the last thing I need.

I have noticed that I can physically feel when I am feeling down, and a CBD gummy often comes to the rescue, but can that sometimes be too late? Has the damage to my health already taken hold?

I guess the real trick we have to learn is making sure we are healthy, both mentally and physically.
