Yesterday I had my last Shingrix vaccine and like with the Covid boosters I was not expecting it to be as bad as the first one, how wrong can you be. Im sat here struggling to type this blog as I ache from head to toe with a blinding headache.
Looks like today is going to be a day of rest.
