It has been long overdue, actually it was pre-covid when we was trying to sort a meal out as an after Christmas treat to ourselves.
On Saturday Wayne and I join 4 other couples from work, we met at the Bar & Block Grill steakhouse in Sutton.
We all had a cocktail or two during the buy one, get one free hour, then were seated. The menu mainly consisted of different cuts of steak but also a good selection of veggie and fish dishes. I decided to have the steak sampler and I dipped into Waynes loaded fries and garlic mushrooms.
We finished the night off with Sambuca and Tequila shots.
An absolute fabulous night and a brilliant start to my weeks annual leave.
