Hector’s life is definitely full of luxury. This evening, he savoured freshly cooked mackerel fillets straight from the fish counter at Waitrose. I carefully inspected them for any small bones. To complement the mackerel, he enjoyed homemade mashed potatoes and butternut squash. We even mixed them with his dry biscuit food. For our meal, we had smoked salmon, also from the fish counter at Waitrose.
