One thing about having a Saturday off is the ritual of a full English breakfast.
After work on Friday, I chose pork sausages, black pudding, bacon, and clementine juice. I also bought some Jolly Hog bacon that I wanted to try; it was black treacle-covered, and it was divine.
The pair of us had a lie-in until about nine, and we both decided that breakfast would be more of a brunch as we were still fairly full from the night before's meal.
We both headed downstairs together and started breakfast, as part of the ritual also meant that Wayne would have tea leaves in his special Saturday morning teapot.
