New Meds

You notice when medication is not working properly when you catch one cold after another or you feel run down all the time and sleepless nights turn into wanting to sleep all day.

For most of 2025 I have been slowly going down hill, a cold turned into what should of been a few days of sniffing but instead into a full blown chest infection that took my immune system to the brink.

I have been waiting for that new drug to hit the market so I could at least be on a prospective waiting list. The wait is over and I am on that new drug that has only been out for the last few years, two years in America and one year in the UK.

No more taking endless amounts of pills and now for starters a monthly injection, followed by a bi-monthly injection, soon leading to a quartly injection and in the future every six months and the long term breaktrhough would be yearly.

I cannot say it is painless because it is far from that, it hurts, it hurts a lot, one injection in each buttox slowly delivering that wonder fluid.
