Lunch Out

Today whilst out getting to grips with people around me it got to that stage in the day that I needed to eat and there weren’t any places to grab something I could eat on the go, all that I had around me were restaurants or cafes.

Of course I wanted to stay in my comfort zone but that might not be the option here so I opted for a place that the locals hang out at rather than some place that was filled with passing trade.

I was offered several places to sit, and I chose the safe option, in the corner away from most folks, which soon transpired to be equally as busy as the rest of the cafe as I was halfway through my meal.

I knew at some point this was gonna happen, and I had mentally prepared myself for such a situation so it didn’t spoil my meal, I did my acknowledgement to the thought and then put it to one side and finished a lovely lunch.
