There are so many viral sensations that at times it is hard to keep up with them all, if it is not tips and tricks it’s a dance craze but the most popular ones are food related, in particular healthy eats.
Most food virals are AI and fool some of us into thinking we can achieve such delights and others are simple YouTube shorts that either turn out to be created by teams or a single Vlogger creating at homely eat.
From overnight oats and meal preps to healthy eats, I have tried a few and of late I have been using the overnight oats for a tasty breakfast either before work or to take with me and as good as this has been, since I prefer my oats warm then they seem to be more popular for me in the colder months so a popular summer dessert treat is the Chia seed puddings.
A simple to make pudding that only requires three ingredients, milk or greek yogurt (the choice is yours), a flavouring (either fruit, powder based supplements) like coca powder, protein shake mix or PB powder and of course the star ingredient Chia seeds.
Like overnight oats the Chia seeds need to soak and swell but instead of creating a smash like texture that overnight oats deliver the Chia seeds create a jelly like pudding with a little crunch to it and makes for a cooling alternative to oats that is both filling but contains more benefits than overnight oats do.
A viral trend at the moment is Chia Tiramisu, OMG this is crazily like the real thing but with no alcohol but still with that coffee kick and sweetness you come to expect.
