Booze Run

Today was time well planned.  Hubby and I managed to get the booze run done along with all Christmas food shopping. Only a few minor things that we couldn’t get today that I may well have to get after work tomorrow.

It's amusing to see that there are people who haven’t even started and there’s us finished. I can see that this week at work is going to be busy with those who need to get the last bits but predominantly it’s going to be a week of those that haven’t started, the usual ones that do it every year. Let’s hope that it’s going to be a happy week rather than one with grumpy faces and stinking attitudes. 

I'm becoming more aware that we both spend way too much time in our rooms so the new year will bring a few changes to the lounge, a makeover to make it more liveable and comfortable. Planning to get a new corner sofa and my first tank will be in the lounge to give it a sense of tranquility when we are both relaxing in there.  I wanna make it cozy like Nikki has and less like a room for storage and washing.  Changes can happen in the new year when I’ve got a much needed week off. Something to look forward to. I guess all that’s left to say is “watch this space”.
